By default, the journal title field is set to work with the journal term list. It is best to enter the title capitalized as it will appear in the bibliography, as output styles cannot handle more than one type of title capitalization per reference (such as an article title and a journal title). For long titles, do not use the Enter key just allow the title to wrap around to the next line. Titles: Enter titles without a period or any other punctuation at the end. Year: Enter the four-digit year (such as 1987) or in press or in preparation, as appropriate. For complex author names, enter names in this format: de Gaulle, Charles and Smith, Alfred, Jr.For three- or more level names, use two commas between the first two levels, one between other levels, none at the end.
